- Payment terms are 30 days from arrival.
- Quantity and Transport complaints must be registered within 48 from arrival.
- Quality complaints must be registered within 7 days from arrival.
- In any case the liability of Barak Nursery does not exceed the price of the goods as invoiced by us.
